What we collect: Your organisation name, your name and role, and the answers you provide in this assessment — including any comments you choose to add.
Who processes it: Sync.up Consultancy (Lars Staring), Dordrecht, Netherlands — acting as data controller. Your responses are sent directly to your Sync.up adviser for the purpose of preparing an advisory report and debrief session.
What it is used for: Adviser preparation only. Your results are not shared with third parties, not used for marketing, and not published in any form without your explicit consent.
AI processing: Your assessment data may be processed by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) to generate a draft adviser report. This draft is reviewed and interpreted by your Sync.up adviser before any debrief session. AI use is disclosed in accordance with the EU AI Act.
Retention: Assessment data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion.
